Birds Of A Feather

I was reading that Jim Rohn quote “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” 

and it reminded me of a old saying I been hearing all my life that birds of a feather flock together. I never really thought about that much til later in life. I know see no matter how minor an association might seem its really major and can shape the way you are. There is another  saying and its that people will pull you down before you pull them up.  

Sometime we don't realize we don't realize the people we associate with are anchors in our lives. We form bonds and are so afraid to let go of what is familiar that we block our own growth and blessings. I have finally reached a place in my life where anything and any one that is a hindrance to me. 

Why I Am Single

There are many reasons I am single. Mainly cause I don't have the time energy or emotions to invest in someone who is not investing the same amount of time energy and emotions in me.

These are just some things I notice about relationships today

Men are clueless and do't have a real idea of what they want and I am well past the stage of waiting on a man to get his shit together or make up his mind if he wants to be in a relationship or wants to be single.

 I can not and will not ever take a man serious who's actions are not mirroring what he is saying. Far too many men say one thing but their actions are telling me something different. If  a man says he is interested in getting to know me I can not accept his attentions being divided. I have on more than one occasion just stopped talking to men because I see they are not done shopping around. I don't feel the need to compete with any one for a mans attention. One day the right man will come into my life and see that
